Do I need a medical card?
Not for delivery: any adult 21+ in Marin can order. To shop in store, yes, and we can sign you up right here in under 10 minutes, one time only. After that, just your ID.
When are you open?
Every day, 12 to 8pm, at 1601 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, Fairfax. Parking on site.
Where do you deliver?
Across Marin, from Sausalito to Novato and out to West Marin. See every town.
Why is the store medical only?
State law allows any adult 21+, but the Town of Fairfax permit limits the counter to medical patients for now. Do not let it stop you: come in and we will get you set up. Tell the Council what you think.

Every price at La Flōr includes all taxes. Nothing is added at the counter and nothing is added at your door, whether you shop in store or order delivery.

Tips are welcome and never expected.

How to shop with us

In the storefront

We are grateful to the Town of Fairfax for the chance to open here and welcome patients at our counter. A lot of our neighbors are surprised to learn that in-store shopping is for medical cardholders for now. The card is a one-time sign-up, under 10 minutes, and after that you simply bring your ID to get in.

Anyone 21 and older can order delivery across Marin with a valid ID, and adults 18 and older with a medical recommendation. Browse the menu and we will bring it to your door.

We took over the whole building, so there’s room to look around and parking right outside. Come in and ask us anything. Nobody here is in a rush.

Why does La Flōr require a medical recommendation?

Under state law, any adult 21 and over can buy cannabis. In Fairfax, the Town's own permit is stricter: adults 21 and over can shop La Flōr by delivery, but shopping in store is limited to medical cardholders. That is a Town rule, and the Town can revisit it.

Whatever you think of it, the Fairfax Town Council is who decides, and a short note from a resident carries weight. If you would like to see any adult with an ID welcome at the counter, here is how to say so. If you feel differently, the same address is where to send that.
