The price you see is the price you pay.

Every price at La Flōr includes all taxes. Nothing is added at the counter and nothing is added at your door, whether you shop in store or order delivery.

Tips are welcome and never expected.

In the storefront

We are grateful to the Town of Fairfax for the chance to open here and welcome patients at our counter. A lot of our neighbors are surprised to learn that in-store shopping is for medical cardholders for now. Until then, bring a valid ID and your current recommendation.

Anyone 21 and older can order delivery across Marin with a valid ID, and adults 18 and older with a medical recommendation. Browse the menu and we will bring it to your door.

Getting a medical cannabis recommendation

If you want to shop with us at the counter, NuggMD can help qualified adults get a recommendation online in 15 minutes or less. The space

We took over the entire site after Top Hat Drycleaners closed, so we could deliver on our promise not to create any traffic or parking issues, and more importantly to build the kind of experience and space our unique town deserves. Oak, marble, and tasteful fixtures throughout, with all the daylight our windows let in. We went to great lengths to complement our beautiful neighborhood with our finishes, lighting, and landscaping.

The curve of that roof has been on Sir Francis Drake for decades, most recently over Mauro's Pasta Pizzeria, a Fairfax fixture for years, and Top Hat Cleaners. When both closed we took over the whole site rather than half of it, so we could build proper parking instead of pushing cars onto the street. We kept the canopy and rebuilt the rest around it.

Our story

Twenty years in cannabis, and one hometown

La Flōr is the work of Martin Kaufman, a lifelong Fairfax resident who has spent twenty years building cannabis businesses across California and beyond. This is the first genuine opportunity Marin has had for a dispensary of its own.

Fairfax is discussing adult access on September 2

Today only medical cardholders can shop in store here. OnWednesday, September 2 the Town Council takes up whether to have staff study allowing adults 21 and over to shop with a valid government ID, and whether to send the question to the Planning Commission.

Nothing is being decided that night. It is the first step of a process that runs for months, in public. If you live in Fairfax and you have a view on it, a short note to the Council before the meeting is the most useful thing you can do.
