Shopping with us
- Do I need a medical card to buy from La Flōr?
- It depends which way you shop. To buy inside our Fairfax storefront, yes: the Town of Fairfax currently permits medical retail at our location, so you need a valid government-issued ID and a current California medical recommendation. To order delivery anywhere in Marin, no. Any adult 21 or older can order with a valid ID. So if you do not have a card, you are not shut out, you order delivery.
- Why is the storefront medical only?
- We are grateful to the Town of Fairfax for permitting us to open, and in-store sales are currently limited to medical cardholders under that permission. A lot of neighbors are surprised by this, especially if they remember Fairfax’s previous dispensary. We would love to welcome every adult 21 and older in person, and we are respectfully asking the Town to update the ordinance to allow it. In the meantime, every adult can order delivery with just a valid ID. Residents can email the Town Council in support from our Support In-Store Access page.
- How old do I have to be?
- Twenty-one or older for adult-use delivery. Medical patients must hold a current state recommendation. We check identification on every order, in store and at the door, without exception.
- What do I need to bring?
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. If you are shopping the storefront, bring your current California medical recommendation as well.
- Can I pay by card?
- Yes. Card and debit work through our menu. Several delivery services operating in Marin are cash or cheque only, so this is a practical difference worth knowing.

- Where does La Flōr deliver?
- Across Marin County from our Fairfax storefront: Fairfax, San Anselmo, Ross, Kentfield, the San Geronimo Valley including Woodacre, San Geronimo, Forest Knolls and Lagunitas, San Rafael, Larkspur, Greenbrae, Corte Madera, Marinwood and Lucas Valley, Nicasio, Mill Valley, Strawberry, Marin City, Sausalito, Tiburon, Belvedere, and Novato.
- Do you deliver to Bolinas, Stinson Beach, or Point Reyes?
- Not on a regular route. West Marin is a long run from Fairfax and we will not promise a delivery window we cannot keep. We do take those orders case by case, depending on the size of the order and how busy we are. Call us and ask, and we will give you a straight answer either way.
- How long does delivery take?
- It depends where you are. The Ross Valley and the San Geronimo Valley are minutes from the shop. San Rafael, Larkspur and Corte Madera are a straightforward run. Mill Valley, Sausalito, Tiburon and Novato are a genuine trip and we quote them honestly rather than promising ten minutes and missing.
- Is there a delivery minimum?
- There may be an order minimum, and it will be shown on the Delivery page and at checkout. Your address is checked against our service area before you pay, not after.
Visiting the shop
- Where is La Flōr?
- 1601 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Fairfax, CA 94930. We are on the main road through Fairfax, a short walk from the Fairfax Theatre and the Fairfax Scoop.
- Is there parking?
- Yes, our own, directly in front of the building. When neighbours raised concerns about parking on Sir Francis Drake during our approval, we took over the entire site so we could build proper parking rather than push customers onto the street.
- What are your hours?
- Every day, 10am to 8pm. Those hours begin when we open in late July 2026. Delivery windows across Marin follow the same hours.
- When does La Flōr open?
- Our Fairfax storefront opens in late July 2026, with a community ribbon-cutting to follow in August 2026.
About us
- Who owns La Flōr?
- La Flōr is founded by Martin Kaufman, a lifelong Fairfax resident and longtime California cannabis operator who co-founded Blum Oakland and Blum San Leandro. It is operated by Marin Retail Ventures LLC.
- Is La Flōr licensed?
- Yes. California state licence C10-0001670-LIC, held by Marin Retail Ventures LLC for the premises at 1601 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. Every product we sell comes through the licensed supply chain and is lab tested and tracked.
- Is my purchase private?
- We do not sell your personal information and we do not share your purchase history with advertisers or data brokers. Our drivers use plain vehicles and understated packaging. What you buy is nobody else"s business.
