How Cannabis Delivery Works in Marin County

The short version

Browse our live delivery menu online, add your products to the cart, and check out. You must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID, which our driver checks at the door. Orders are fulfilled from our licensed Fairfax shop and tracked for compliance, so what you order is exactly what arrives.

You do not need a medical card

This is the single most common question we get, so it is worth being plain about it.

Delivery is open to every adult 21 and older. No medical card, no recommendation, no paperwork beyond the ID in your wallet. The medical card requirement applies only to shopping inside our Fairfax storefront, which reflects what the Town of Fairfax currently permits rather than a preference of ours.

So if you have been putting off ordering because you assumed you needed a card, you do not.

Windows, minimums, and the service area

Delivery windows follow our posted hours. There may be an order minimum, and the menu checks your address against our service area at checkout, so you will know before you pay rather than after.

We group the towns we serve by how long the run actually takes us from Fairfax. Being honest about that matters more than claiming to be everywhere:

• The Ross Valley and the San Geronimo Valley are minutes away.
• San Rafael, Larkspur, and Corte Madera are a straightforward run down the valley.
• Mill Valley, Sausalito, and Tiburon are a genuine trip, and we quote them that way.
• West Marin is outside our regular route. We take those case by case, so call and ask.

Making it easy on the driver

Two small things save everyone a phone call. If you live behind a gate, in a building with a buzzer, or at the end of a long drive, put that in the checkout notes. And have your ID out before the knock.
