This policy explains how Marin Retail Ventures LLC, trading as La Flōr ("we", "us"), handles information about you when you use laflorfairfax.com. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than boilerplate.
What we collect
Things you give us. If you sign up for updates, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your mobile number and whether you shop in store or by delivery. If you email or call us, we have whatever you tell us.
Things your browser tells us. Our host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and which are not.
Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 21 or older, we store a small cookie on your device so we do not ask again for about 30 days. It records only that the confirmation happened.
Accessibility preferences. If you use the accessibility options panel, your choices are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are never sent to us.
The online menu is not us
Our menu, cart, and checkout are operated by a third-party cannabis commerce platform embedded on this site. When you place an order, you are transacting with that platform, and the information you enter, including any identification and payment details, is handled under their systems and their privacy policy, not this one. We receive order information necessary to fulfil your order and to meet our obligations as a licensed retailer.
How we use it
- To fulfil orders and to serve you in the storefront.
- To send you the updates you asked for, and nothing you did not.
- To meet our legal obligations as a California licensed cannabis retailer.
- To understand and improve how this site works.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your purchase history with advertisers or data brokers. We think that matters more than usual here: what someone buys at a dispensary is nobody else's business.
Your California rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to ask us to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights. Some records we are legally required to retain as a licensed retailer, and we will tell you if that applies to your request.

Keeping it safe, and for how long
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or as long as the law requires. We take reasonable measures to protect it, though no website can promise perfect security.
Children
This site is intended for adults 21 and older, and for qualified medical patients. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
